1. Criteria for determining the disability: Temporary or permanent loss of the use of one or both legs; unable to walk the use of a brace, cane, crutch, another person, prosthetic device, etc.; restricted by arthritic, neurological, orthopedic condition.

2. Placard design: Removable placard displaying the words "Parking permit for persons with physical disabilities" and an expiration date issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

3. Parking space provisions: Complies with Illinois Standards.

4. Enforcement/Penalties: Any person that is not handicapped who intentionally and falsely represents itself in order to get such a permit - a Class C misdemeanor.
