  1. Criteria for determining the disability: Unable to walk 200 feet without stopping to rest; unable to walk without the use of a brace, cane, crutch, another person, prosthetic device, etc.; restricted by lung disease; use of portable oxygen needed; restricted by a cardiac condition; restricted by arthritic, neurological, orthopedic condition; a blind person.

  2. Placard design: A removable parking windshield placard bearing the expiration date issued by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles. 

  3. Parking space provisions: Each space will be marked by a sign bearing the International Symbol of Access and a fine applicable for the offense of parking not legally entitled vehicle in such a space. Complies with the ADA Standards.

  4. Enforcement/Penalties: Any person that parks in the parking space designated for persons with disabilities when not entitled to it - a vehicle will be towed and the placard revoked.
