1. Criteria for determining the disability: Unable to walk 200 feet without stopping to rest; unable to walk without the use of a brace, cane, crutch, another person, prosthetic device, etc.; restricted by lung disease; use of portable oxygen needed; restricted by a cardiac condition; restricted by arthritic, neurological, orthopedic condition; a legally blind person; missing one or more limbs.

2. Placard design: A removable placard issued by the Department of Public Safety. 

3. Parking space provisions: None given.

4. Enforcement/Penalties: Any person that parks in the parking space designated for persons with disabilities when not entitled to it - a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 plus any necessary and reasonable charges incurred by the landowner or other person in having a vehicle removed.
