811.606 Parking permit for temporarily disabled person; fees. The Department of Transportation may issue a placard with identifying information and showing an expiration date not to exceed six months after the date of issuance for use by temporarily disabled persons upon submission by the applicant of a certificate described in ORS 811.604 except that it certifies that the applicant is temporarily disabled for less than four years, accompanied by the fee as provided under ORS 811.640. An applicant for a temporary permit need not have a driver license, permit or identification card. The fees collected under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the Department of Transportation Driver and Motor Vehicle Suspense Account.
